Shipping Information

We are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect shipping information. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of purchase. Once your order is processed, a tracking number will be sent via email or text message, based on the contact information provided at checkout.

Processing & Shipping Timeframes

  • Preorder Items: Please allow 3–7 business days for processing and shipping.

  • Ready-to-Ship Items: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

    • Orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) ship the same day.

    • Orders placed after 12:00 PM ship the next business day.

Shipping Rates

  • Standard Shipping: $15

  • Priority Shipping: $20

  • Overnight Shipping: $50

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. Please review all details carefully before completing your purchase.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Simone’s Hair Collection is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your order shows as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.


International Orders

Returns for Incorrect Orders

In the rare event that you receive an incorrect order, we will gladly accept the return and ship the correct item. All hair products must be returned in their original, unused condition.
